Development Pre Season Academy Perfect for players who love football and want to improve their confidence, technique and understanding of the game. Our 3-week Development Academy focuses on building strong technical foundations through engaging coaching sessions, small-sided games and realistic match scenarios. Players receive high-quality coaching in a supportive environment, finishing the programme with an Individual Development Summary outlining key strengths and recommended next steps. With a maximum of 8 players per group, every player benefits from plenty of touches on the ball, individual attention and an enjoyable learning experience.
